I am using acupuncture right now to prevent diabetes, along beside exercise, diet modification and Chinese herbs.
As for coverage, it really depends on the insurance company's policy. I settle up for mine out of pocket, but for my health, it is worth it.
I do soak up my treatments, it is very relaxing and recharge. The needles may hurt for a few minutes, but it usually fades by the time the partially hour is up.
My only complaint is that my acupuncturist should take softer tables!!
I'm a great adherent of acupuncture. I had successful treatments for chronic tiredness and yes, it be in conjunction beside nutrition/diet recommendations. Unfortunately my insurance does not cover it so I have to pay for the 8 treatments myself (totally worth it IMO). I payed after every session and did relish the experience tremendously. I'm wondering if biofeedback can be done on one's own to any great effect. This would be for encouraging calmness and focus, and for notice what things throw those off. If you eat too much it can enjoy a laxative affect., but you have to devour a lot for it to do that. Less surrounded by kids though. Found that out after my 2 year old ate give or take a few 3 handfuls!

Not individually. My sister had chronic misery and a friend in CA who is a Reiki master. She did a "long distance" Reiki session on her (as my sis be in PA) and she did gain pain nouns. I have total dependence in this working.

I have tried frequent but I only found one set to in reality work and they were designed by dane spotts (see below link). he have a whole suite of them for beginners right up to advanced and they own helped me sleep...enjoy given me more energy and it is so unnatural when you listen to them because you just progress completely to a different place.
We tried an alpha wave cd next to my son when he was little. I in fact think the classical cd worked better. I know that my counselor have told us before we buy any of those cds, to put together sure they are backed by some sort of legit psychotherapist or md. I own. I still take it, in actual fact. It has help somewhat. It's certainly no cure-all, but it does brand coping easier. I've tried going off of it, and I other feel worse when I do. Make sure you agree to your doctor, and use a standardized dose.
