Has anyone used Drotonin or Hydrotab to cure a hydrocele? Been cured by anything excluding surgery?

Would prefer not to go the surgical route. Drotonin and Hydrotab are two homeopathic alternatives that we've found on the internet. If anybody can provide any insight in the region of either of these products - or some other alternative cure, it would be greatly appreciated. don't do surgery first as hydroceles are generally benign and not harmfull so you may want to try other things. a hydrocele man an abnormal collection of fluid around the testicles so you entail to find something that will help the body re-absorb the fluid.
