Got a sinus headach that wont go away, I'm at work and within pain. Does anyone own a solution? Going home early is not an substituteHome remedy?
First of all, I would see your Doctor to see if you enjoy Sinusitis which causes headache. Sinusitis is Bacterial infection in your sinus cavity. Your doctor most imagined will prescribe an Anti-Biotic. I have worked next to a couple of products that other people hold used to treat such an infection, this particular product have herbs from South America call Amazon C-F Support. It has herb that have documented by third event research to have antibacterial properties.
Bacteria linger in your system for a long time, so you would pilfer the Amazon C-F for at least 2-4 weeks to rid adjectives the bacteria out of your sinus.
Remember, Alternative Medicine treats the problem unlike Conventional meds that singular "mask" the symptoms.
Get out to a pharmacy and get a decongestant and thieve them as directed.
Massage your scalp, avoid bright lights, watch the medicine you take, pocket a nap if at all possible, or at least tell stories back and relax.
Tylenol Severe Sinus. Works great. Just breed sure you drink lots of water, because it will dry you out. And avoid dairy, it aids mucous production, which you want to avoid for the time one. Hot fluids, like broth, will also help out loosen all the mucous. Putting a rag towel soaked in drastically warm/hot water on your forehead will also aid contained by loosening the congestion. Hot tea or coffee (no milk) will also help. Make sure to inhale the steam through your snout as best you can. Why can't you leave? You don't go and get a break? That stinks. Feel better!
