Yes, I have tried a few Okinawan teas, most notably sanpincha, ukoncha, and goyacha. Unfortunately they didn't backing me lose weight, but that might hold been due to other discouraging habits I hold.
Tea is a mild diuretic. If you drink a lot of it, you lose mass through dehydration. Once your body gets used to it, you rehydrate and the cargo goes pay for on.
There are all sorts of claims for many teas helping with cargo loss. Don't fall for any of them! If you want to lose immensity, use more energy than you chomp through.
If you quit eating similar to a pig, you wll loooose weight. this is immensely simple
I have never used these teas but do use a supplement and soy lunchtime replacement shake that have be very fighting fit and effective. These products enjoy no potentially dangerous counterweight loss ingredients just pure suppliment that support a weight loss program.
