I'm wondering if biofeedback can be done on one's own to any great effect. This would be for encouraging calmness and focus, and for notice what things throw those off. I remarkably imagined some kind of wearable item that would at least possible tell you your pulse and perchance body temperature. I know for a certainty that there is some software out within but don't know if it's accurate/useful.
I'd imagine close to meditation it's only adjectives if practiced regularly.
Anyone have any opinions/advice?Has anyone tried biofeedback software?
I enjoy not use any bio-feedback software but have done a bio-feedback session.
