Has anyone ever tried those brainwave audio sounds that minister to beside sleep and meditation?

(Alpha, Beta, Delta, Gamma, Theta waves) ...If so, what is your story? Did it help or be there no regulation at all? Please provide the first name of the program or CD involved. Thank you greatly much!Has anyone ever tried those brainwave audio sounds that minister to beside sleep and meditation?
I have tried frequent but I only found one set to in reality work and they were designed by dane spotts (see below link). he have a whole suite of them for beginners right up to advanced and they own helped me sleep...enjoy given me more energy and it is so unnatural when you listen to them because you just progress completely to a different place.
We tried an alpha wave cd next to my son when he was little. I in fact think the classical cd worked better. I know that my counselor have told us before we buy any of those cds, to put together sure they are backed by some sort of legit psychotherapist or md. We did biofeedback, which helped tremendously for a while so I totaly know this can work, it's merely finding one that is best for you. You might try different torent sites to download some to try past you buy! Good luck.
yes generally they do support many populace, but not necesserily everyone. you should have an unfurl mind and be willing to experiment, and be merciful since you would probably need some practice. but yes, i do cheer up you to try them. sorry i cant think of any specific cds at the moment
Yes , it is tremendously good comfort. No, this not classical music, this sounds like burnie of hose down, surf, chirp of birds, rustle of foliage, you may by itself do your CD surrounded by wood, in the deep as writing a sound on disc.
A sound distract and you bring back good sleep.
