I can't find powdered sage but I can buy the leaves. How do I make this into a powder? I want to sprinkle some on my canker sores. How do I powder sage?
You own to make sure they are dry and afterwards gring them into powder.
Let me save you the trouble. Sage is NOT going to do anything for your canker sores.
Rinse your mouth next to warm brackish water. They will stir away by themselves in time. Or you can budge to the store and buy some Orajel. That will numb them. And stay away from spicy and acidic foods and drinks. That's how you get them.
The best way is to use a mortar and pestle. But powdered sage is a adjectives product---found in the spice division of almost any grocery store.
Put them in a blender or Crush them contained by a pestle and mortar.
look for ground sage in the spices division of the grocery store. You can crush dried leaves of sage in a coffee grinder, blender, food processer or Mortar and pestle.
Let the sage dry out, cut bad the stems, chop it up fine, grind it up in a nut grinder.
