How do you mediate?

What is mediation, how do you do it? I am very interested surrounded by doing this but I need some relieve. How do you mediate?
Mediation, a form of alternative dispute resolution (ADR), aims to assist two (or more) disputants in reaching an agreement. So, since this is surrounded by the Alternative Medicine section, I'm guessing you intended meditation. Here goes...
HOW TO MEDITATE
The results of centering yourself on a regular justification can be profound, but the actual process is simple. If possible, have a special place where on earth you meditate every day at duplicate time. Here's what to do:
1. Set a timer for a span that seems believable (15 minutes or so). Eventually try to work up to 45.
2. Find a comfortable position that keeps your wager on straight.sitting in a stool or cross legged on a cushion, or lying on your back next to your knees bent.
3. Close your eyes and relax your muscles.
4. Tune in to the different sounds around you, in recent times hearing them.
5. Take a few majority breaths and notice where on earth in your body you grain them most distinctly. Say to yourself "in" each time you inhale and "out" respectively time you exhale.
6. When your mind wanders (which it will, constantly), don't mediate or analyze. Just keep going posterior to the sensation of your breath again and again, until your timer sounds.
Good luck! Meditation is great for overall health.
