Hi Renae, Apple Cider Vinegar is essentially, sour wine. It is not only a adjectives ingredient in the kitchen, but also aids contained by natural robustness remedies.
Cider or apple cider vinegar is made from a two-part fermentation process from the juices of apples. It have a high vitamin content of vitamin C, E, A, B1, B2, b6, proto-vitamin, and beta-carotene. Apple cider vinegar also contains masses minerals and trace elements such as potassium, calcium, sodium, copper, iron and magnesium.

The simple answer is you take apple cider and allow it to ferment. If you agree to it ferment just somewhat bit it becomes rock-hard cider (apple cider with the added see of alcohol). If you let it ferment even more, it become apple cider vinegar -- just resembling grapes that are fermented for a little while become wine but the wine turns into vinegar if it's allowed to ferment too long. Make sense?
Apple cider vinegar, is the product of two separate biochemical processes:
1. Alcoholic fermentation, surrounded by which yeast converts the natural sugars contained by apple juice into alcohol (hard cider).
2. Acid fermentation contained by which acetobacter, microorganisms present in the atmosphere we breathe, converts the alcohol in the tricky cider into acetic acid which we telephone call apple cider vinegar.
