Enough to where your skin feel like it's aflame.and you have to drink TONS of water/cranberry liquid AND the test better be at LEAST 2-3 weeks away, man.
Else you're screwed.
They will know you messed next to the test. I tried to bring something and the lady know I was messing beside something.
You need to be drinking as much hose as you can and getting lots of exercise to flush out your system.
DON'T SUBMIT TO THE TEST, YOU SHEEP! STAND UP FOR YOURSELF!
They have ways to detect that you are taking something to clear yourself out. Taking too much Niacin can end in health problems...
